Return & Replacement Policy

We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered.

Eligibility for Return

To qualify for a return or replacement:

  • The item must be unused, unsharpened, and in original condition

  • Must include original packaging and accessories

  • Must not show signs of use, damage, sharpening, or modification

  • Proof of purchase is required

Items that show wear, damage, sharpening, or alteration will not be accepted.


Change of Mind / Wrong Purchase

We understand mistakes happen.

However, if you wish to return an item due to:

  • Change of mind

  • Wrong selection

  • Not liking the product

  • No longer needing the item

You may return it within 30 days at your own expense.

⚠️ Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
⚠️ Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
⚠️ A restocking fee may apply if the item packaging is damaged.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrect

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number.

After review, we will offer:

  • A free replacement
    OR

  • A refund (if replacement is not available)


Exchanges

We offer replacements only.

If you want a different product:

  1. Return your original item (customer pays shipping)

  2. Once received and inspected, you may place a new order

We do not hold inventory for exchanges.


Non-Returnable Items

The following are non-returnable:

  • Sharpened blades

  • Custom or modified products

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Items returned used or altered


Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

  • If return is rejected due to condition, the item will be shipped back at customer expense
